(1) There will be an executive council to act as the executive body of the university. (2) The constitution of the executive council will be as follows:- (a) Vice-Chancellor-Chairman (b) General Secretary-Member (c) One member from among the female members of the Assembly (d) One member from among the teachers One - member (e) Dean-member-secretary designated by the vice-chancellor (3) The nomination of the member according to clauses (c) and (d) of sub-section (2) shall be made by the assembly on the recommendation of the vice-chancellor.
(4) The term of office of the nominated members according to sub-section (2) shall be four years. Another person will be nominated after completing the process as per (3). (6) The procedure for the meeting of the Executive Council shall be as prescribed and until such procedure is not prescribed, such procedure shall be as determined by the Executive Council itself.
